EXAMINE YOURSELF IN FAITH: EXAMINE YOURSELF IN FAITH:

All four gospels are about the birth, ministry and the life of Jesus Christ. The Four Gospels record that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Mark 1:1 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God; These books confirm Jesus Christ birth, life, death, resurrection and ascension. The writers reported what the Holy Ghost confirmed in them concerning Jesus. We must conclude that Jesus Christ is the son of God, the being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person. And Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Heb.1:2-3. When John was in prison he sent his disciples to ask Jesus. Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? Jesus answer was, And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me. Matt.11:2-3,6

Do we not conclude that our search is not to look for another but to look to Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith? Heb.12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. He is the beginning and the finisher of our faith. We do not look for another author to write in our book of life the purpose of our being and the fulfillment of our existence in this life and the life to come. It is Jesus Christ who set down in the seat of ultimate authority to guide our origin and existence throughout all eternity. There is no one else named in heaven or earth there is no other name given in heaven or earth.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. Phil 2:9

Acts 9:4And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying untohim, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

In this wonderful instant conversion of the Apostle Paul we can learn the very essence of the gospel of Jesus. Confronted by a great light the voice of Jesus spoke directly to Paul. I am Jesus! He did not see numbers in the sky or even a vision of the Jesus who walked on the earth but he saw the light of God, Jesus himself and he went blind. It was not Baal, Dagan Buddha, Rama, Vishnu, Adi Purush, Allah or Ishmvar ("Cosmic Controller"). It was Jesus and Jesus only.

And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: He was made blind and all he could see was Jesus. And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man:

This marked the day that Paul cease from the works of man, man’s thinking and the traditions of his religion. The teachings of his day motivated him to kick against the pricks. But when he got up from the ground he saw no man. Did you know he was three days without sight? It was his third day experience of resurrection life for he knew Jesus Christ. In spite of all religious people his transformation was immediate and not drawn out for years. His determination and destination was to bear the name of Jesus Christ before the Gentiles. He was a chosen vessel to perform this ministry. An in Rom.15:19 he explains what his role was “I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.” Paul preached no other gospel.

John 1:15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. 18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. John spoke and witnessed in a clear voice “that grace and truth came from Jesus Christ.”

Gal.1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. 12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

How can we put the Apostle Paul’s writing aside and deem them less important than our own thoughts or the revelations of other prophets, philosophers or religious leaders whether they are of the earth or proceed from another realm? The revelation of Jesus Christ is the foremost revelation in this world and the world to come. Paul’s teachings are not from man, the cosmos or angels but from Jesus Christ himself. There is no confusion from his doctrine or need to search further to enter some other state of being. We are transformed by the word of God not by cosmos or higher vibrations. The detonation of our DNA will not transform us. We are transformed by the renewing of our mind.

Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

The meaning of renewing is not something brought back from past memory but is means to have a new mind. The renovation of our present thought life made new because of the word spoken by the Jesus Christ in to our mind. Or as Paul by the light that blinds us so we do not see man.

Gal.1:6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

There are those who trouble us and pervert the gospel of Christ. We can see it in the traditional church which denies the transformation power of Christ taking place. This is demonstrated in their lives, in their sermons and in their music they return to the law which brings forth death. They teach, you must sin and work as hard to strive not to sin. They deny the life of Christ and deny we are partakers of the divine nature of God. Their conversation most always ends with a “But”! The admonition is if any one preaches another gospel let him be accursed. Could it be the denial of life in the scriptures that has resulted in the deadness of our religion and the lack of the Life of Jesus in our midst? Perhaps, this is the reason why others strive to gain a higher plain only to discover they have departed from the gospel of Christ. All seek reality but walk away from the truth and the life for there is only life in Christ.

Jesus came into the world to bring life to the world. There was no life in the world until he came. In order to maintain the life of Christ we must eat his flesh and drink his blood. This is a hard saying. Is this not the son of Joseph? No! He is the only begotten son of God with the words of eternal life. We cannot leave the Christ for where can we go? He has chosen us yet there still is a devil among us resisting the truth.

Let us hear the words of Peter. 1Peter 1:12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into. 13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

The end of grace is only brought to us by the revelation of Jesus Christ. Oh, another witness to the revelation of Jesus Christ. Is it not time to gird the loins of our minds to produce the works, thoughts and revelation of Jesus Christ? No angel born in heaven or hell has seen the glory of Jesus Christ though they desired to look. It is time to be sober and not drunk on the wines of this world. It is time to be sober and not beguiled by worshiping things in the ethereal world and finding angels to take us into another realm.

Col.2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, 19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

Beguile means it is possible to be defrauded of salvation, not in the sense of losing salvation but losing the reward of its benefit. This is further explained as separating from the Head which provides and guides the function of the body to produce nourishment which is the source of increase with the increase of God through the mind of Christ, the head. We only increase by holding the Head. Holding means to retain the process of our salvation and seizing our source of strength from Christ. This is how the operation of the mind of Christ works within us. We have the mind of Christ! We have the spirit of God and we need no man to teach us.

1John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

2Cor.13:4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you. 5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? 6 But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates.

Let us examine ourselves not in the sense of condemning ourselves but in the honest testing of our ideas according to his word to discover the power of God invested in us. The power is Jesus Christ in us. There is no other source. It has been named, labeled and sealed in us. This is how we exist in the faith. This is emphatic and there is no room for error. If our present visions and revelations do not line-up with the Head we have wrong thinking. Wrong thinking will lead us to become reprobates. Reprobates are those who do not increase in God because of worthless thinking. Worthless thinking is departing from the gospel of Jesus Christ. The time has come to put away these dumb idols and return to the simplicity of the gospel no longer beguiled by the wicked one.

2Cor. 1:12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, 2Cor 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

1Peter 4:17For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

The word, obey in the above scripture means to disbelieve. For the time must begin judgment in the house of God and first in us what is the end of those who disbelieve in the gospel of God? He could do no miracles because of their unbelief. If we believe in some other process of spiritual development we cut ourselves off from the source of life. If we are looking at the ONE-BEING made up of little beings expressing love and all the philosophies of man how can we embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ? Are we not bowing to Ishmvar the"Cosmic Controller"? We cannot add to the book and expect the blessing of God. Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Job’s answer… Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not. Job 38:4,Job 42:3. How is it that Job was not there? Yet many are claiming they were there. This is none other than the voice of Mormonism crept in unawares. This is from another gospel.

Hear what Brigham Young has to say."when the fact is, you have merely forgotten what you did know... There is not a person here today but what is a son or a daughter of that Being. In the spirit world their spirits were first begotten and brought forth, and they lived there with their parents for ages before they came here. This, perhaps is hard for many to believe, but it is the greatest nonsense in the world not to believe it. If you do not believe it, cease to call Him Father; and when you pray, pray to some other character." (JD 9:216)

Does this sound familiar? Are we not hearing this all over from the sons of God camps? Why if this is true then let us become Mormons for they have expounded this for some time. Are they right and the gospel of Jesus Christ is wrong? 2Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. 3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Phil 3:17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. 18(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) 20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Phil.1:5 For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; 6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Col.1:3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints, 5 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;
